Job Description

Job Purpose:

To maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of all public areas of the hotel, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and luxurious environment for guests and staff in line with 5-star hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain all public areas including lobby, corridors, restrooms, elevators, staircases, parking areas, and staff areas. Ensure washrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and stocked with required amenities at all times. Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors, furniture, glass, and fixtures. Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately. Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely as per SOPs. Follow hygiene, safety, and environmental standards of the hotel. Assist during special events, peak hours, and emergency situations as required. Maintain proper grooming and courteous behavior at all times.

Requirements:

Prior experience in housekeeping/public area cleaning preferred (hotel experience an advantage). Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Physically fit and able to stand for long hours. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹192,000.00 - ₹210,000.00 per year
