o Team management o Customer management o Strong understanding of end to end cycle of Accounts Payables (Invoice Processing, Helpdesk, Payments, Vendor Master and T&E) o Ensure all teams deliverables are completed in due time and compliant to relevant standards and policies and reported accurately o Ensure compliance to all SLA and KPI targets o Conducting review meetings with Team and external stakeholders o Ensure compliance to quality and audit requirements o Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities o Handle internal reporting, adherence to SLAs o Handle quality control and audits o Handle all administrative challenges o Manage escalations o Prepare dashboards for performance metrics, service levels o Exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets on Teams TAT and Accuracy o Support team with AP/AR domain knowledge as and when required o Track exceptions and forward to relevant stakeholders for resolution o Review queries and resolve from system o Identify process gaps o Engage in Lean, Six Sigma projects to enhance process performance o Drive transformation for process improvement. Simplification, automation o Participate in all strategic decision with the customer.
1. 5-7 years of professional experience in Accounts Payables 2. Good understanding of Finance and accounting processes. 3. Knowledge of various ERPs'- SAP, MS Office, Advanced Excel.
o B.Com (Commerce Graduate) o Demonstrated proactive, positive conflict resolution skills. o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills o Excellent communicator at all levels o Intellectual curiosity, appetite to do things better and proactive nature.
