Position Overview:

We are seeking a

qualified, experienced, and fluent English-speaking PTE Trainer

to prepare students for the Pearson Test of English (PTE Academic).

Only candidates with a Bachelor's degree (graduate mandatory)

, proven expertise in PTE coaching, and exceptional English communication skills will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured training sessions focused on

PTE Academic exam modules

: Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening. Develop customized study plans and materials tailored to students' proficiency levels and goals. Conduct mock tests, evaluate performance, and provide actionable feedback to improve scores. Teach test-taking strategies, time management, and techniques to master PTE's AI-based assessment system. Track student progress, update training methodologies, and ensure alignment with PTE scoring criteria. Assist students in overcoming language barriers, grammar challenges, and pronunciation issues. Stay updated on PTE exam pattern changes, scoring rubrics, and resources.

Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

(in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field;

graduation is non-negotiable

). Minimum

2+ years of hands-on experience coaching students for PTE Academic

(provide success metrics/results).

Native or near-native fluency in English

(excellent accent, grammar, and vocabulary for teaching advanced learners). In-depth knowledge of PTE exam structure, scoring system, and preparation resources. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse learners (age groups, cultural backgrounds).
