Job Summary:

Fusion World is seeking a dynamic and experienced IELTS/PTE Trainer to join our team. As an IELTS/PTE Trainer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive English language training to our students who are preparing for the IELTS or PTE exams. You will create and deliver engaging training sessions, assess clients\' language proficiency, and provide feedback and support to help them achieve their desired scores. The successful candidate will have a strong command of English, excellent teaching skills, and a track record of success in preparing students for the IELTS or PTE exams.

Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of students language proficiency in English.

Designing and delivering customized training programs for students preparing for the IELTS or PTE exams.

Providing guidance and feedback to students on their language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

Utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage clients and enhance their language skills.

Monitoring and tracking students progress, and providing regular progress reports.

Identifying and addressing students areas of improvement and providing additional support as needed.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the IELTS and PTE exams and incorporating them into the training programs.

Managing administrative tasks related to training, such as maintaining attendance records and scheduling classes.

Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless and effective training process.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an IELTS/PTE Trainer.

Strong command of the English language, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

In-depth knowledge of the IELTS and PTE exams, including their format, scoring criteria, and preparation strategies.

Proven track record of success in preparing students for the IELTS or PTE exams, with a high success rate of achieving desired scores.

Excellent teaching skills, with the ability to engage and motivate clients of varying language proficiency levels.

Strong interpersonal skills, building rapport with students and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate students\' schedules.
