Position: Psychometry Expert (Psychometrician) Location: Jangpura Extension South Delhi Hours: Part-Time Salary: Rs.7000 to Rs.15000/ Per Month Perks: Equity + ESOPs Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Psychometrician to join our team and play a crucial role in developing and maintaining accurate and reliable career-related assessments. As a Psychometrician, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing assessment instruments to measure individuals\' aptitudes, abilities, personality traits, and interests in the context of career development and vocational decision-making. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of assessments that guide individuals toward meaningful and fulfilling career paths. Key Responsibilities: Assessment Design and Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop clear assessment objectives and guidelines. Design and construct assessment items that accurately measure relevant career-related constructs, such as personality traits, cognitive abilities, vocational interests, and skills. Utilize psychometric principles to ensure the assessments\' validity, reliability, and fairness. Create Assessments to assess students\' skills, careers & growth probability and prepare structured results on that basis. Working towards bringing 100% accuracy of the assessments prepared. Using thousands of datasets to teach our AI model how to respond accurately to a user. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct statistical analyses, including item analysis, factor analysis, and reliability testing, to evaluate the quality and psychometric properties of assessment items. Interpret assessment results to provide insights into individuals\' strengths, weaknesses, and potential career matches. Continuously refine assessment instruments based on data-driven insights. Assessment Maintenance: Regularly review and update assessment content to ensure relevance and alignment with current career trends and industry developments. Address any issues related to bias, cultural sensitivity, and fairness to ensure that the assessments are equitable for diverse populations. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including psychologists, researchers, and software developers, to integrate assessments into digital platforms and tools. Communicate technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner. Research and Innovation: I\'d like you to please stay abreast of advancements in psychometric theory, assessment methodologies, and related fields to enhance the quality and effectiveness of assessments. Contribute to research projects aimed at improving the understanding of the relationship between psychometric attributes and successful career outcomes.
