Women Empowerment initiative by Nanjil Anand Foundation, We are seeking a Female psychology candidates and students passionate about Women empowerment, emotional well-being, and holistic wellness to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to build trust with Women, identify their needs, and support them in setting their empowerment goals professionally.
Research Projects, College Final Year Projects, and Internship Projects Permitted as part of this internship in short term and long term as permitted by this Non-Profit initiative for Women\'s Empowerment
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Onboarding: Serve as the first point of contact for Women, guiding them through the initial onboarding process for the areas of empowerment
2. Interviews: Conduct initial, confidential discussions with Women to identify their needs, emotional challenges, and personal goals across various life areas
3. Assessment: Create detailed profiles for Women based on their goals in the areas of empowerment, while ensuring all communication remains professional and confidential
4. Emotional Support: Utilize your psychology knowledge to provide empathetic support to Women during the onboarding process, helping them open up about emotional and personal growth areas
5. Confidential Guidance: Ensure complete confidentiality while gathering information about personal, emotional, and other needs
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the Empowerment Coach to ensure a smooth transition of clients after the onboarding process and support their overall journey
