Key Responsibilities:

Teach Psychology to senior secondary classes (XI-XII) as per CBSE curriculum. Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based, and student-centric lessons. Promote critical thinking, self-awareness, and analytical skills among students. Prepare students for board examinations through structured academic planning. Assess, evaluate, and monitor student progress regularly. Provide academic guidance and basic counseling support where required. Maintain effective classroom management and discipline. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school authorities. Participate in academic planning, assessments, and co-curricular activities.
Qualifications:

Post Graduate in Psychology with B.Ed (Mandatory). CTET/TET qualification preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a PGT Psychology teacher in a reputed CBSE/English-medium school.
Essential Skills:

Excellent command over spoken and written English. Strong subject knowledge with clarity of psychological concepts. Ability to handle adolescent learners with sensitivity and professionalism. Familiarity with CBSE examination patterns and assessment methods. Proficiency in basic IT skills and smart classroom tools. Professional attitude, integrity, empathy, and dedication.
