Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate IB Psychology Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IB DP Psychology curriculum, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to engage students through inquiry-based and concept-driven learning. The teacher will guide students in developing critical thinking, research skills, and an understanding of human behaviour through a global and ethical lens.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
Prefer only IB or IGCSE , CBSE teaching of 3 to 5 years
Teaching certification or B.ed (preferred).
Prior experience teaching IB DP Psychology or familiarity with IB approaches to teaching and learning (ATLs, TOK, CAS).
Strong command of research methodology and statistical concepts used in psychology.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with international curricula or multicultural educational environments.
Ability to integrate technology and digital tools into teaching.
Commitment to student-centered and reflective teaching practices.
