Key Responsibilities
Assist in research planning, data collection and analysis
Conduct literature reviews and summarize research findings
Support the development and validation of psychological assessment tools
Prepare research reports, documentation and presentations
Assist in manuscript preparation for journals and conferences
Plan, conduct and actively engage in mental health awareness sessions and engagement campaigns
Support initiatives aimed at building and nurturing communities around mental health and wellness projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology-enabled wellness initiatives
Ensure adherence to ethical research and engagement guidelines
Eligibility & Skills
Postgraduate degree in Psychology or a related field
Interest or exposure to mental health, behavioral research or wellness programs
Energetic, proactive, and comfortable engaging with diverse audiences
Good communication, facilitation and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of research and data analysis tools (SPSS/R/Python is a plus)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
