Job Description

The Counsellor will guide UPSC aspirants throughout their preparation journey by helping them understand the exam pattern, choosing optional subjects, creating study plans, and providing regular academic and motivational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct counselling sessions for UPSC aspirants (Prelims, Mains, Interview). Explain UPSC exam pattern, syllabus, and preparation strategy to students. Guide aspirants in selecting the right optional subject based on their profile. Help students make personalised study plans and weekly targets. Address doubts related to preparation, time management, and answer writing.
