Role Objective

The Psychology Interns will support students during the examination phase by addressing stress-related concerns and emotional well-being, working closely with mentors and mentorship managers to ensure timely intervention and continuity of support.

:

Handle escalations related to anxiety, exam fear, and emotional distress Conduct short group or one-on-one sessions under guidance Act as substitution support for mentor replacements during exam duty Support additional mentorship duties if required Coordinate with mentors and mentorship managers for follow-ups Maintain confidentiality and basic reporting

Eligibility & Requirements

Completed a degree in

Psychology

Basic understanding of student mental health, stress management, and counseling principles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Willingness to work across campuses. Availability for the full internship duration (January-April).

Contract length: 3-4 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
