We are looking for a passionate
Psychology Intern
who will serve as the
first point of contact
for individuals seeking therapy. If you are warm, empathetic, and fluent in communication, this role offers you an incredible opportunity to support clients while learning about the real-world operations of a therapy practice.
As a psychology intern at Saha Therapy by Life Coach Sheeja, you will play a critical role as a
first responder/community manager
for therapy inquiries. Your goal is to build trust, provide a human-first response, and support potential clients through the process of choosing the right therapist from our panel.
Key Responsibilities
:
Respond to counselling enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email in a timely, empathetic manner
Understand the client's needs (Individual, Couple, Sexual Wellness, Pre-marital, Child/Teen Counselling)
Match clients to the most suitable psychologist from our panel
Guide clients to complete the booking process and convert inquiries into paid appointments
Maintain a daily log of enquiries, interactions, and follow-ups
Coordinate with the internal therapy team and support smooth onboarding for clients
Ensure sensitive handling of all communication and maintain confidentiality at all times

Requirements
:
Master's Degree in Psychology
(Completed - mandatory)
Excellent
verbal and written communication
in
Malayalam and English
Hindi
proficiency is an added advantage
Empathetic, non-judgmental, and composed under pressure
Tech-friendly and comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools
Should be based in
Kochi
and available to work
in-person at Kadavanthra
Job Type:
Full-Time Internship (with potential to transition into a full-time role)
On-site at Kadavanthra, Kochi
6 Months Contract
Rs.8000 to Rs.9000 per month stipend
Work Schedule:
6 days a week (exact hours to be discussed during the interview)
