Job Description

Transpire Insight Hub is looking for a passionate and dedicated Psychology Intern to join our team. The role involves providing professional counseling and mental health support to clients dealing with emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Candidates should be skilled in psychological assessments, therapy techniques, and patient care, ensuring a supportive and healing environment.

Conduct psychological assessments and provide counseling services. Diagnose and treat various mental health issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders. Develop personalized therapy plans based on patient needs. Provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, and other therapeutic interventions. Work with individuals, couples, and families to address mental health concerns. Guide clients through crisis situations with effective coping strategies. Maintain confidential client records and ensure ethical mental health practices. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care. Assist in the primary psychological analysis of clients (case history, assessments, observations). Support and document individual and group counseling sessions under supervision. Accompany the lead psychologist during corporate wellness sessions, group therapy, and outreach programs. Prepare session summaries, case notes, and referral documentation as needed. Conduct basic psychological assessments and interpret data under guidance. Participate in team meetings, debriefs, and training opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Education:

Degree or Master's Degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.

Licensing:

RCI license will be an added advantage

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of psychological theories and counseling methodologies. Empathetic and patient-centered approach to mental health care. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Ability to maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards. Experience with psychological assessments and therapy techniques.
