We are currently hiring a

Research Intern

who's excited to explore how learning, behavior, and human motivation shape workplace success. A background in

psychology or behavioral research

is preferred, but not mandatory.

What You'll Do

Conduct research on behavioral science, adult learning, and workplace motivation Analyze global trends in L&D and translate research into actionable insights Collaborate with our product and content teams to design better learner experiences Help develop psychology-informed models and frameworks for corporate training Present findings in simplified, creative, and strategic formats

What We're Looking For

Pursuing or completed degree in

Psychology

,

Behavioral Science

,

Human-Centered Design

, or any research-oriented field Interest in workplace learning, behavior, and growth Strong research and writing skills Ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and synthesize complex ideas Bonus: Familiarity with instructional design, learning theory, or L&D tools
