Educational Qualification:

Master's Degree in Psychology (Clinical/Applied/General or equivalent) from a recognized university UGC NET qualification preferred (not mandatory for all institutions) PhD (in progress or completed) is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures and tutorials to undergraduate/postgraduate psychology students Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and conduct assessments Guide students in academic projects and research activities Participate in curriculum development and department meetings Stay updated with recent developments in the field of psychology Provide mentorship and academic support to students Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and other academic events Contribute to departmental administrative responsibilities as assigned

Skills Required:

Strong communication and presentation skills Passion for teaching and mentoring students Basic knowledge of research methodology and psychological testing Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.) Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment

Salary:

Commensurate with qualifications and experience (Entry-level scale)

Fresh postgraduates passionate about teaching Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Malappuram Individuals with prior internship or teaching assistantship experience
