Job Description

Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, social, and emotional concerns, such as bullying, anxiety, or family problems. Help students set achievable goals, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and develop coping strategies. Offer crisis intervention and support during emergencies. Assess students' abilities, interests, and personalities to help them develop realistic academic and career goals. Help students improve academic performance and develop effective study habits. Liaise with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to create coordinated plans and support student success. Consult with parents to help them support their child's education and well-being. Mediate conflicts between students, teachers, and parents.
