We are looking for a

compassionate and qualified Psychology Counsellor

to join our institution in

Bhubaneswar, Odisha

. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in counselling psychology and experience in supporting students' emotional, mental, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

individual and group counselling sessions

for students on emotional, academic, and behavioral challenges. Identify and assess students' mental health needs through observation and communication. Organize

workshops and awareness programs

on stress management, emotional intelligence, and personal development. Maintain

confidential records and case documentation

of counselling sessions. Collaborate with

teachers, parents, and administrators

to support student development. Provide

career and academic guidance

where applicable. Handle

crisis intervention

and offer immediate emotional support when required. Promote

mental health awareness

and foster a positive school environment.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of

child and adolescent psychology

. Excellent communication, listening, and empathy skills. Professional ethics and ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Knowledge of counselling techniques, conflict resolution, and behavioral management. Ability to connect with students and build trust. Calm, approachable, and emotionally balanced demeanor.
