InnerKraft is looking for a

Clinical/ Senior Psychologist

to join our young, enthusiastic, and dynamic team.

Behala, Kolkata (Work From Office)

Responsibilities:

Provide Counselling and therapy Research and development of engaging psychology related resources and content Designing & delivering awareness programs and workshops Strategizing, training & implementation Contributing to the strategic vision of InnerKraft - assisting in short-term and long-term goals of the company

What are we looking for in you:

Must have a

Bachelor's in Psychology + M. Phil. in Clinical Psychology

(Regular Mode)

RCI Licensed would be preferred.

Working experience from any mental health organization/ hospital/diagnostic center is preferred.

Work experience: 4 - 7 years (Must have documented experience with past payslips and past appointment letters.) Freelancing experience will not be considered.

Should be well versed in MS Word and MS Excel Good communication skills in English (speak+read+write) Must be able to speak and understand Bengali and/or Hindi Must have in-depth domain knowledge of Psychology Tech-savvy Open-minded, self-driven and motivated Eye for creativity and innovation
