Designation: Executive - Outreach & Content

Working Days:- Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Contract -Full Time

Shift timings:- 10 am to 6.30 pm

Educational Qualifications:- Masters in Psychology

:

Giving mocks and getting trained to deliver workshops & capacity building training.

Delivering mental health sessions and training to the assigned target audience at the assigned location as per Mpower quality standards.

Handle assigned clients with supervision in terms of planning & scheduling sessions, ensuring timely delivery & submitting reports.

Maintaining all the departmental & client reports on a timely basis.

Providing one to one counselling sessions to clients & screening as and when required.

Proactively reach out to schools, colleges, NGO's corporates or any other relevant institutes or initiatives to drive mental health awareness and provide solutions for their queries through mental
health workshops / webinars and capacity building trainings

Coordinating and offering end to end support for marketing and promotional events to be held in the state

Seamless coordination with reporting manager, peers and colleagues.

Ensure all initiatives are aligned to the strategy, mission & vision of Mpower.

Prepare & maintain all required reports as per format decided.

Ensure reports are submitted to the management team on a timely basis.
