Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for clients with spinal cord injuries. Provide individual and group therapy to help clients cope with the emotional and psychological challenges associated with their injuries. Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to create and implement individualized treatment plans. Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families about coping strategies and adjustment to injury. Conduct workshops and support groups to promote mental health and well-being. Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and treatment plans. Stay updated on current research and best practices in the field of psychology and spinal cord injury rehabilitation.

Qualifications:

Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited institution. Licensed to practice psychology Experience working with individuals with spinal cord injuries or similar conditions is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to client care.
