Key Responsibilities:
Provide
individual and group counseling
to students
Identify and support students with
emotional, behavioral, and learning difficulties
Conduct
psychological assessments
and prepare reports when required
Support students dealing with
stress, anxiety, exam pressure, bullying, and family issues
Collaborate with teachers to develop
behavior management and intervention plans
Conduct
life-skills, mental health, and awareness sessions
Counsel parents and provide guidance on child development and behavior
Maintain
confidential student records
and case files
Refer students to external specialists when necessary
Ensure compliance with
child protection and safety policies
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology
(Clinical / Counseling / Educational Psychology)
Diploma or Certification in Child or School Psychology
preferred
RCI registration (preferred, if applicable)
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong counseling and listening skills
Empathy, patience, and ethical conduct
Ability to work with children and adolescents
Good communication with students, parents, and staff
Report writing and documentation skills
Awareness of
child protection laws and policies
Experience:
Freshers may apply
(with relevant internship experience)
1-3 years of experience in a school or child counseling setting preferred
Work Timings:
As per school schedule (full-time or part-time)
