We are seeking a qualified and compassionate

Psychologist

with at least

2 years of professional experience

to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals dealing with emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. The ideal candidate should be empathetic, ethical, and skilled in evidence-based therapeutic practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnoses Provide individual, couple, or group counseling sessions Develop and implement personalized treatment plans Maintain accurate and confidential patient records Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as required Offer crisis intervention and emotional support when needed Collaborate with psychiatrists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals Educate clients on coping strategies, mental wellness, and behavior management Adhere strictly to ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical / Counseling / Applied Psychology) Minimum

2 years of hands-on clinical experience

Valid RCI registration (if applicable) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive cases with empathy and professionalism Knowledge of CBT, REBT, or other therapeutic approaches is preferred Proficient in documentation and report writing
