About the Role

MantraCare is looking for an experienced psychologist to lead a one-hour virtual session titled "Behind the Scenes of Parenting: Fumbles, Fixes & Growth."

This interactive session aims to support parents in understanding the emotional dynamics of parenting -- exploring common challenges, effective communication, emotional regulation, and fostering healthy parent-child relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a 1-hour interactive session in English on Parenting: Fumbles, Fixes & Growth.

Engage participants through relatable examples, activities, and practical guidance.

Provide insights on emotional intelligence, stress management, and positive parenting.

Collaborate with the MantraCare Wellness Team to ensure impactful delivery.

Qualifications

Master's degree (or higher) in Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology.

Minimum 2 years of experience in family therapy, counseling, or parenting workshops.

Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Culturally sensitive and empathetic approach.

Date: 13th November

Time: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM (1-hour session)
