Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychologist to join our telehealth team. In this role, you will provide virtual psychological assessments, therapy, and counseling services to individuals across various life stages. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of promoting mental wellness as an integral part of overall health.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Virtual Assessments:
Perform psychological evaluations via secure video conferencing to assess mental health status and needs.
Provide Therapy and Counseling:
Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
Develop Treatment Plans:
Collaborate with patients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and wellness objectives.
Maintain Documentation:
Accurately document patient interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
Collaborate with Healthcare Team:
Work closely with primary care providers and other specialists to ensure integrated care and holistic support for patients.
Provide Crisis Intervention:
Offer immediate support and intervention during mental health crises, ensuring patient safety and appropriate follow-up care.
Qualifications
Education:
Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of clinical experience in providing psychological services, preferably in a telehealth setting.
Skills:
Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
