Role Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and growth-oriented
RCI-registered Psychologist
for full-time engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with neurodiversity and must possess a solid understanding of behavioural principles. The role involves psychological assessments, parent guidance, therapeutic planning, and contribution to individualized education plans (IEPs).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychometric and functional assessments of children with neurodevelopmental concerns.
Develop and contribute to IEPs in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Provide regular therapy and behavior intervention sessions.
Engage with parents for counseling, education, and progress reviews.
Maintain detailed documentation and case histories as per regulatory and institutional norms.
Collaborate with therapists and educators to ensure coordinated care.
Be actively involved in team meetings and review discussions.
Stay updated with emerging practices and be open to learning and applying integrative approaches.
Eligibility & Requirements:
RCI registration
as Clinical or Rehabilitation Psychologist (mandatory).
Master's in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Applied Psychology from a recognized institution.
Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with children with neurodevelopmental differences.
Sound understanding of behavioral principles (ABA basics or equivalents).
Experience in formulating and implementing IEPs is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Bengali/Hindi.
High empathy, teamwork, and a learning-oriented mindset.
