Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments and provide evidence-based therapy. Develop individualized treatment plans for clients. Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions and progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care. Participate in outreach, workshops, and mental wellness programs. Uphold ethical and confidentiality standards in all interactions.

Required Qualifications:

PhD or MPhil in Psychology (Clinical or Counseling preferred). Valid license to practice as a psychologist in India. Minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on clinical experience. Proficient in various therapeutic approaches (CBT, DBT, etc.).

Key Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and empathetic abilities. Proven ability to manage complex psychological issues. Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
