Job Title: Senior Psychologist Job Overview:



The Senior Psychologist will play a key role in delivering high-quality psychological services, including assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention. This position involves clinical duties, contribution to program development, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The Senior Psychologist will also support junior staff through mentorship and contribute to research and training initiatives, though without direct leadership or administrative oversight responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities: Clinical Services:



Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Monitor treatment progress and modify interventions as needed to improve outcomes. Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation.

Program Development & Evaluation:



Collaborate with colleagues to design and refine therapeutic programs. Participate in evaluating program outcomes and contribute ideas for improvement. Support implementation of new clinical initiatives based on community and organizational needs.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:



Adhere to professional ethical standards, organizational policies, and legal regulations. Participate in audits, peer reviews, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure confidentiality and data protection protocols are upheld at all times.

Research and Continuing Education:



Stay current with advancements in psychological science and clinical best practices. Participate in or support departmental research activities. Contribute to internal training programs and educational workshops for staff.

Qualifications:



Education:

Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy, D, M-Phil) in Psychology from an accredited institution.

Licensure:

Current state licensure as a Psychologist.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of post-licensure clinical experience.

Skills:

Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills, collaborative mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and familiarity with clinical program development.

Preferred:

Experience in clinical research and academic writing is advantageous.

Pay: ?90,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
