QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT - BA / MA in PsychologyRESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducting Empower Workshops as per the guidance and designed programme
Monitoring smooth functioning of the app from the back-end user interface in collaboration with the IT team
Schedule, invite, and quarterly carry out the Feedback & NPS processes at three levels: Students (via workshops or surveys), teachers, and parents. Maintaining a calendar for the same.
Maintaining NPS data, feedback, and reviews for comparative analysis( whenever required)
To write product-related content and record it in audio and video forms for app
To carry out B2C events and follow up with the leads generated.
To collate data and follow up with leads for B2C & B2B.
To take actionable steps to achieve targets stated by Manager.
To work on creative ideas for social media and marketing strategies
