Responsibilities
Provide guidance through chat, audio, or video sessions
Offer psychology-based, coaching-based (depending on your specialization)
Support users with clarity on personal, emotional, and relationship concerns
Maintain professional and ethical communication with all users
Collaborate with the team to enhance platform features and user satisfaction
Qualifications
For Psychologists / Life Coaches:
Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Mental Health, or Life Coaching certification
Strong communication and empathy skills
Preferred:
Experience working with wellness, or self-help platforms
Understanding of audiences interested in emotional well-being guidance
