DILASA is a pioneering mental health organization dedicated to transforming mental health care and education across Kashmir. A collaborative initiative by Aaghaz and CMHS, we are committed to creating culturally-adapted mental health programs, fostering community well-being, and breaking down barriers to mental health services. What We're Looking For:

Essential Qualifications:

Master's degree (MA/M.Sc) in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Work location :

Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir.

Employment Terms:

Probationary Period: 3 months with performance review Permanent Employment: Successful completion of probation leads to full-time employment with enhanced benefits

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Conducting therapy sessions: Providing individual and group counseling/therapy sessions to clients Developing and delivering mental health programs and workshops Creating engaging content for educational materials, social media, and community outreach Writing program documentation, reports, and mental health resources Managing and growing DILASA's social media presence Collaborating with schools and community organizations Contributing to mental health awareness campaigns Supporting the development of culturally-adapted mental health interventions
