Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and proactive
Psychologist Intern
who is currently in the Final Year of pursuing their
MA or MPhil in Psychology
. This internship offers valuable exposure to real-time workplace mental health initiatives, POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) services, and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in curating and conducting mental health awareness sessions and webinars
Support the development of content and assessments for employee wellness programs
Contribute to POSH training modules and DEI-related initiatives
Maintain documentation, conduct research, and help with report preparation
Participate in team meetings and contribute creative, research-based inputs
Requirements:
Currently in the year of pursuing an MA or MPhil in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or Organizational)
Strong communication and research skills
Basic knowledge or keen interest in
POSH
and
DEI
practices
Ability to dedicate
3 hours daily
on a consistent basis
Responsible, ethical, and passionate about workplace mental wellness
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous exposure to POSH or DEI projects (academic or volunteer work)
Good writing skills and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace
