Psychologists

to join our dedicated team. As a Psychologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral issues. We are committed to providing empathetic and personalized care to help individuals achieve mental well-being and a better quality of life.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and clinical interviews. Diagnose mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress disorders, addiction, learning and mood disorders, etc. Develop and implement personalized treatment and therapy plans. Provide individual, group, or family counseling sessions as needed. Maintain accurate and confidential client records and reports. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and counselors. Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies. Participate in awareness programs, workshops, and mental health campaigns. Stay updated on current psychological research, therapy methods, and mental health trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology (as applicable) Certification or license (if required in your location) Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills Empathetic, patient, and non-judgmental approach Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and care Prior experience in therapy, counseling, or mental health services is preferred (not mandatory for freshers)
