We're inviting passionate Psychology students and graduates to join our team as Intern Counsellors. This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in educational psychology, career guidance, and assessment techniques including our globally patented DMIT test.
Assist senior counsellors in conducting career guidance sessions for students.
Support and learn how to conduct DMIT (Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test) and psychometric assessments.
Help in interpreting test results and preparing detailed career reports.
Research academic and career options to guide students effectively.
Assist in school workshops and seminars related to career planning.
Manage counselling session data and appointment scheduling.
Maintain follow-up communication with students, parents, and educators.
Actively participate in learning and applying counselling techniques.
Who Can Apply:
Pursuing or completed a degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or related fields.
Strong communication skills and a passion for student development.
Basic knowledge of career counselling and psychological testing.
Interest in DMIT and modern assessment tools.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to impactful work.
