The role is for Zen Garden--a space for people to relax, recharge, and rejuvenate.

Join us as a Zen expert and be an integral part of nurturing a stress-free and harmonious atmosphere for our Client's Employees. A major part of your job is to be the point of contact and maintain the Mindfulness room we have created at our client's location. Open for candidates with 1-3 Years of experience.

Responsibilities:

Maintain Mindfulness Room's serene ambience by ensuring it is well-organized and inviting throughout the day. Monitor the room and its equipment regularly, making sure everything is in working order and readily available for use. Enforce the rules and guidelines of the room, ensuring a peaceful and respectful environment for all users. Guide them through mindfulness activities and healing equipment. Training will be provided. Act as a point of contact for any queries or assistance related to the Mindfulness Room. Observe and gather feedback from users to enhance the overall experience of the Mindfulness Room. Liaise with Our client/Zariyaa to share valuable insights and suggestions based on your observations. Ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanour while handling inquiries or situations. Willingness to learn and be trained on how to operate mindfulness instruments and support users effectively. Willingness and ability to travel Should be proficient in English

Please Note :

This position isn't solely focused on therapy. You'll also be responsible for managing the room's operations and guiding users to effectively use the room, contributing to the positive impact on their well-being

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
