Life Skills Trainer & Counsellor

Location:

Lucknow, Bareilly and other districts of Uttar Pradesh

What You'll Actually Do - Work with Students (Grades 3-12)

Facilitate engaging life skills sessions (decision-making, emotional regulation, critical thinking, teamwork) Conduct individual and group counselling Support students through real emotional, social, and behavioural challenges

Work with Adults Who Shape Children

Lead practical workshops for

parents

and

teachers

Help adults understand how to support students better--at school and at home

Be Part of the School Ecosystem

Collaborate with teachers, principals, and school leaders Contribute to building a supportive, psychologically safe school culture

Capture Impact

Document sessions using structured formats Track progress and outcomes (with photos, videos, and insights--not boring essays) Reporting is part of how we prove that

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be perfect. You need to be

ready

.

Must-haves:

Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical / Counselling / related) Genuine interest in life skills, mental health, and education Comfort working with students, parents, and teachers Willingness to travel and work in

remote school locations

Ability to follow processes and accept feedback (growth > ego)

Work Structure

6-day work week Full-time, on-ground role Professional commitment expected (this is impact work, not a side gig)

Pay: ₹15,154.78 - ₹35,000.00 per month
