We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Psychologist to join our team and provide high-quality mental health services to individuals from diverse backgrounds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support clients in overcoming emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. This role involves developing personalized treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The Psychologist will work with individuals, families, or groups and may also be involved in crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and preventive mental health initiatives. Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology and possess current licensure to practice. Strong communication skills, empathy, cultural competence, and adherence to ethical standards are essential. Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
