As a Psychologist you will observe, assist, and engage in the counselling process, enhancing your practical skills and understanding of psychological service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Shadow and assist licensed counsellors/therapists in individual and group sessions Provide emotional support to clients under supervision Conduct intake interviews, preliminary assessments, and follow-up sessions Document session notes, maintain client records, and adhere to confidentiality protocols Assist in planning and executing mental health awareness campaigns, workshops, and group discussion Perform research, content development, and resource curation for therapy modules Participate in supervision meetings, trainings, and feedback sessions

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Master's in Psychology (Counselling / Clinical preferred) Strong understanding of counselling theories, techniques, and ethics Excellent listening, empathy, and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries Willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback Good communication and documentation abilities 1+ year of experience (required)
