Job Purpose
To serve as the primary point of contact for couples undergoing fertility treatment, ensuring they are guided, supported, and updated throughout their clinical journey with compassion, accuracy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Coordination
Act as the liaison between the patient couple and the medical team.
Schedule consultations, diagnostic tests, procedures, and follow-ups.
Explain treatment protocols, timelines, and next steps clearly.
Maintain detailed records of each couple's journey and appointments.
2. Emotional Support
Provide empathetic and confidential support throughout emotional and physically demanding treatments.
Guide patients with kindness during delays, complications, or disappointments.
3. Communication & Counseling
Educate couples about fertility options, success rates, financial details, and consents.
Coordinate with doctors to relay important updates to patients.
Assist in counseling sessions or arrange them when needed.
4. Documentation & Consent
Ensure all legal and medical consent forms are signed and securely filed.
Maintain digital and physical patient files in compliance with medical standards and privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA if applicable).
5. Administrative Support
Manage patient calls, appointment reminders, and email follow-ups.
Prepare reports on patient progress or any delays/issues for center head review.
6. Multidisciplinary Coordination
Liaise with labs, pharmacy, operation theatre, and billing departments.
Coordinate egg retrieval, embryo transfer, donor coordination (if applicable), etc.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Social Work, or related field
Prior experience in IVF/Fertility/OB-GYN clinic (preferred)
Training in counseling or patient relationship management (an advantage)

May require working on weekends or extended hours, depending on patient schedules
