 Perform psychological assessments to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs of students. 
 Develop individualized support plans in collaboration with teachers, special educators, and parents. 
 Provide counseling services to students and families to address academic, emotional, and social challenges. 
 Deliver training and capacity-building sessions for teachers, community workers, and caregivers on inclusive education practices. 
 Advocate for inclusive policies and environments within schools and local communities. 
 Maintain accurate documentation and prepare regular reports on student progress and program impact. 
 Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and social workers. 
Qualifications: 
 Master's Degree or higher in Psychology (Clinical, Educational, or Child Psychology preferred). 
 Registered/licensed psychologist (as per local regulations). 
 Minimum 2 years of experience in school settings or inclusive education programs. 
 Experience working with children with disabilities, learning difficulties, or behavioral challenges.

Work Environment:
