About Shree Hari Yoga



Shree Hari Yoga is a globally recognized yoga teacher training school dedicated to holistic wellness, self-discovery, and spiritual growth. Along with yoga, meditation, and healing practices, we aim to provide emotional and psychological support to our students and community. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychologist (Counselling and Therapy) to join our team and contribute to the mental and emotional well-being of our students.

Key Responsibilities



Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students, staff, and community members. Address psychological concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, emotional imbalance, trauma, and relationship issues. Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, mindfulness-based therapy, positive psychology, etc.) alongside yogic principles where applicable. Collaborate with yoga teachers and wellness experts to design integrated healing programs that combine yoga, meditation, and counselling. Conduct workshops, seminars, and awareness sessions on mental health, mindfulness, stress management, and emotional resilience. Maintain confidential case records and follow ethical guidelines in therapy and counselling. Provide guidance and referrals for individuals requiring specialized psychiatric or medical intervention. Contribute to the overall vision of Shree Hari Yoga by promoting mental health as a key component of holistic wellness.

Qualifications & Skills



Master's or higher degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Clinical Psychology. Certification or training in counselling/therapy techniques (CBT, REBT, Art Therapy, Mindfulness, etc.) preferred. Prior experience (minimum 2-3 years) in counselling, therapy, or mental health support. Excellent communication and empathetic listening skills. Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds and international students. Passion for holistic wellness, yoga, meditation, and personal growth. Fluency in English (knowledge of Hindi or other languages is an advantage).
