We are enabling leading corporates including, CK Birla Group, UpGrad, and educational institutions like IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, and IIM Bangalore to name a few. We believe in using a three-pronged approach for building a holistic emotional wellness program - Awareness, Training, and Individual Counseling.
We work with them through awareness modules, self-help tools, 1on1 counseling intervention, and organisation-level diagnostic and reporting.
Our offerings include Product Led Engagement, Assessments, 24x7 Instant Connect With Qualified Therapists, Leadership Programs, Manager Training and much more. We have partnered with 500+ clients including Corporates, Educational Institutions, and Government organisations counseling over 20 lakh Indians to date.

About the Role
Location: Guwahati
Work Shift: 5 days a week, 9 hours a day (Rotational Night shift between 5 PM - 10 AM)
Work Mode: Onsite
What You'll Get To DO
Provide overnight mental health support on a rotational basis.
Conduct in-person counseling sessions in student hostels
Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through the YourDOST portal.
Undertake floor walks in hostels (along with Wellness Champions) to build visibility, accessibility, and trust with students.
Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.
You Should Apply If You:
Hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (mandatory) or Mphill in Clinical Psychology.
Have experience (or strong interest) in working with youth/academic mental health.
Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students in an empathetic, approachable way.
Are comfortable with flexible working hours, including night shifts.
Are fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of Assamese is a plus!).
Willing to stay on campus
