Founded in 2014 by Richa Singh and Puneet Manuja, YourDOST is one of India's first and largest holistic emotional wellness organisations. We help corporations, colleges and government organisations build resilient communities.
We are enabling leading corporates including, CK Birla Group, UpGrad, and educational institutions like IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, and IIM Bangalore to name a few. We believe in using a three-pronged approach for building a holistic emotional wellness program - Awareness, Training, and Individual Counseling.
We work with them through awareness modules, self-help tools, 1on1 counseling intervention, and organisation-level diagnostic and reporting.
Our offerings include Product Led Engagement, Assessments, 24x7 Instant Connect With Qualified Therapists, Leadership Programs, Manager Training and much more. We have partnered with 500+ clients including Corporates, Educational Institutions, and Government organisations counseling over 20 lakh Indians to date.

About the Role
Location: Vellore
Work Shift: 5 days a week, 9 hours a day (Rotational week off)
Work Mode: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Providing Counselling to clients (Audio/Video/Chat/Face-2-Face)
Becoming the quality gatekeeper (Supervision/Quality Reviews)
Handling red flag cases (suicidal tendencies)
Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.
Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage white-collar appointments through the YourDOST portal.
Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
You Should Apply If You:
Hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (mandatory) or Mphill in Clinical Psychology.
Have experience (or strong interest) in working with youth/academic/white-collar employees mental health.
Great communication skills (written and verbal)
Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage in an empathetic, approachable way.
Are fluent in English, Hindi & Tamil
