Nova IVF Fertility (Rhea Healthcare Pvt Ltd) is looking for Psychological counsellors for below mentioned

location: Qualification : M. Sc. Psychology/ M A Psychology/ PG Diploma in Psychology

Experience : 1 to 2yrs in relavent field (Females Only )

Location : Banjara Hills



:1. Counseling all IVF patients - during their treatment and post treatment (irrespective of the result)

2. Counsel Oocytes donors and perform psychological screening of the egg donors

3. Maintain all counseling soft copies and document the same in SIVIS

4. Follow up calls to the Patients with failed IVF cycles with the objective of helping them to cope up with the loss and assist them in taking the right decision.

5. Organize and conduct Group Therapeutic sessions for negative Bhcg patients with the objective of providing emotional, psychological support to cope up with the loss & also support in taking the decision.

6. Be a part of monthly clinical meetings at the centre and present the work

7. Ensure that the patient gets the right information, support and advice through phone call if the patient is not able to meet the counselor, and report to the management required any.

8. To measure and achieve effectiveness of goals set from time to time

9. Maintaining customers focus on all times and answering to customer enquiries by using the standard guidelines10. Assisting management and Team manager with any assigned special projects and providing backup to the counseling department when required11. Enable the patients to overcome mindsets towards infertility issues and treatments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
