Eligibility Criteria
Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical / Counselling / Applied Psychology)
Minimum 5+ years of counselling experience in higher education or youth-focused environments
Experience handling complex cases, emergency situations, and program management
Certifications in CBT / REBT / Mindfulness / Behaviour Therapy (preferred)
Key responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counselling for student wellbeing.
Manage cases, create intervention plans, and maintain confidential records.
Handle crisis situations and provide immediate psychological support.
Administer and interpret psychometric assessments.
Conduct wellbeing workshops and awareness programs.
Prepare counselling reports and monitor case progress.
Coordinate with university departments for student support.
Ensure ethical, confidential, and student-centric counselling practices.
