Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and qualified Psychological Counselor to provide mental health support and guidance to individuals facing emotional, behavioral, and personal challenges. The counselor will help clients improve their mental well-being, cope with stress, and develop healthy coping strategies.

Responsibilities:

Conduct counseling sessions for individuals Assess emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues Provide therapy and coping strategies for stress, anxiety, and other concerns Maintain confidential client records Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support Refer clients to specialists when required
Requirements:

Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field Training or certification in counseling or psychotherapy preferred Strong listening, empathy, and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Experience in mental health counseling is an advantage
Salary: ?30,000 - ?40,000 per month
