Job Description

As an MD Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with various mental health disorders. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, mental status examination, and diagnostic tests - Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, and nurses, to provide comprehensive care - Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed - Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in psychiatry to provide evidence-based care Required Skills and Qualities: - Strong knowledge of psychiatry and mental health disorders - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work with diverse patient populations - Sensitivity and empathy towards patients' needs - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Qualifications:- MD Psychiatrist (Freshers can also apply)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
