Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric assessments and diagnose mental health disorders in community-based settings.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications while monitoring for side effects and efficacy.
Provide crisis intervention and support in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, community health workers, and other professionals for holistic care.
Conduct home visits or community outreach when necessary to support patient engagement.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in line with regulatory standards.
Participate in community mental health awareness and de-stigmatization initiatives.
Train and mentor junior staff and community health personnel in basic mental health care.
* Contribute to the development of community-based mental health programs and policies.
