Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Psychiatrist Consultant

to join our healthcare team in Varanasi. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychiatric care, assess and treat mental health disorders, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote holistic patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments Diagnose and treat various psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including psychotherapy and pharmacological interventions Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to legal, ethical, and institutional standards Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatments Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and training programs

Requirements:

MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution MD or DNB in Psychiatry from an MCI-recognized institution Valid medical license/registration to practice psychiatry in India Strong diagnostic and clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Empathetic, patient-centered approach

Preferred:

Prior clinical experience in a hospital or mental health setting Familiarity with EMR systems and telepsychiatry platforms
