Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychosocial assessments and assist in developing individualized care plans.
Provide counseling, therapy, and emotional support to patients and their families under professional supervision.
Organize and participate in
therapeutic group sessions

skill development activities
, and
rehabilitation programs
.
Engage patients in
vocational, social, and recreational activities
that promote confidence, creativity, and self-reliance.
Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, therapists, and caregivers to ensure holistic treatment.
Maintain accurate and detailed case records, progress reports, and documentation.
Participate in
awareness programs

community outreach
, and
family education
meetings.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), preferably with a specialization in
Psychiatric Social Work
or
Clinical Social Work
.
Freshers and recent graduates are welcome --
training and mentorship will be provided.
Must be

motivated to engage with patients through activity-based therapy
