JOB DESCRIPTION
PSD-Service Engineer
Job Title : Service Engineer
Qualification : ITI / Diploma - Mechanical, Electrical
Experience : 7-15 years
Industry : Mining Industry (Surface Miner , Dozers, Hydraulic Excavators ,Dumpers)
Roles & Responsibilities :
a) Pre-commissioning site inspection for civil structure correctness
b) Erection & commissioning (E&C) of Crushing System (CRS) & Apron Feeders (AF)
c) Installation & circuit work for all electrical systems for CRS & AF
d) No load & on load trial runs of CRS & AF with recording of data
e) Preparation of service reports after E&C and other visits
f) Attending warranty & breakdown repairs of CRS & AF
g) Health checkup of existing CRS & AF systems
h) Identification & recommendation of spare parts for replacement on CRS & AF.
i) Execution of AMC and Service Contracts for CRS & AF systems
j) Follow-up for payment with customer.
k) Impart technical training to customer personnel at regular interval.
l) Understand and observe Safety rules and regulations at site.
m) Maintain team spirit and harmony within project team.
Preferred Skills:

• Good technical knowledge on Products
• Machine customer database, SAP Knowledge
• Payment follow-ups
• Knowledge on SAP & other systems
• Good Communication & presentation skills
• MS Office Skills (Excel & Power point)

Leading a team of skilled /semiskilled technicians and ensuring contractual agreed availability, Condition Monitoring, Spare Parts Planning, execution of planned service jobs, Parts inventory, Cost Control, Safety of machine & personnel at FMC project
